This directory is for running autoassign.

Edit the UBNMR macro makeAutoList to put in the correct version numbers
for your protlist  and seq file.

Edit the table file myprot.aat and replace the primary sequence with the
correct sequence for your protein.
NOTE: The * at the end of the primary sequence is essential.

Run  "UBNMR makeAutoList"
to generate intra and sequential ca and cab peaklists for input to 
autoassign.
